May 20th 2009

7:55a.m. Morning weigh in is 200.8 Going to the zoo today with my 3rd graders class. Not hard at all to keep your regular routine. I have not been doing any intense working out. But have still gotten heart rate up daily either with martial arts form/weapon practice. And push ups, pull ups, sit ups etc. Just moving own body weight, no added resistance. And only in 5, or 10 min bursts with rest in between. So a casual work out regimen. Time for salt water.
